Guest guest
Hare Krishna. Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. In a DOS window we can use the command 'tracert' to trace the servers in the internet route between our PC and the server of our choice (telnet.bbt.se for instance). Now the transmission rate between the the two extremes (our PC and eg. telnet.bbt.se) is limited by the weakest link, or the server in the route that will accept/transmit the smallest packet size. Is there a way to determine the maximum transmissable packet size on an internet server, if all we know is its IP address?
