Guest guest
Dear Mukhya prabhu. Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. The 'Practical Varnasrama' conference is taking on a lot, and I wanted to put it in its own directory, and create new boxes by subject, so that I could keep better track of the different projects. This is a working conference where we are trying to work on several subjects simultanously, and rather than file texts by person, I want to file them by subject, and keep all the subjects together, not that I have to go hunting through a list of 150 names to find the box. However when I created a new directory, it appeared right at the bottom of my list on the main window (I have a lot of texts from many people). Also I could not move anything into it using the 'file to' button. I named the directory 'Varn', and in the main window it appears with a minus sign in front of it thus: -Varn (0). So I created a new file cabinet, and got it all arranged nicely, with the box's I wanted, but i found when I logged on in the main file cabinet where all my other mail is, texts in the outbox in the new cabinet did not get sent when I logged on. Is there anyway I can arrange the program so I can file away all the varnasrama related stuff in its own window, and upload all my mail from all file cabinets or directories simultanously? Or is it better to just start new conferences to handle all the related material? I did not want to have to hassle you to start new conferences, but if that will result in clear division of information according to subject in my main window it would be best.
