See text 27555597 in this conference. I originally downloaded the first WinCom 38 version but then hesitated to install it because of the report of bugs. So I am still using WinCom34 at the moment. If I want to download a complete, bug-free (or as near as bug free as possible) version of Wincom 38, what file do I download?
