Guest guest
> This raises a question. Say I have one box which is individual specific > say for my secretaries and staff members, but another which is "Jayapataka > Swami Disciples [*JPS]" then what happens. Which takes priority? If there is a box (without filter strings) that matches the name, then WinCOM puts the text in that box. Otherwise, it goes through the list again from top to bottom and puts the text in the first box whose filter strings match the name. For example if the box names are as follows: ".Secretaries [*JPS Office*][Vidvan*JPS]" "GBC men [*(GBC*]" "Jayapataka Swami Disciples [*JPS]" "Prabhupada Disciples [*Swami][*ACBSP]" "Vipramukhya Swami" Then - A text from Vipramukhya Swami goes in "Vipramukhya Swami" because there is a box for him. - A text from Rohini Suta (das) ACBSP (GBC) goes in "GBC men [*(GBC*]" even if "Prabhupada Disciples [*Swami][*ACBSP]" would also match. But the "GBC" box is encountered first. - A text from from Vidvan Gauranga (das) JPS (Mayapur - IN) goes in ".Secretaries [*JPS Office*][Vidvan*JPS]". The period a the beginning of the name of the box forces WinCOM to put it first in the list of box.
