In WinCOM in the menu click "Commands" and then in the menu that pops up click "Manually". Then at "COM command" enter following command: erase my index.asp contacts.doc mfmr.doc Note that the command to erase files in your file area is "erase my". It is neither "erase file area" (this would try to erase the file "area" in the current conference) nor "erase my files" (this would try to erase the file "files" in your file area).
