Guest guest
Dear Hauri Sauri Prabhu, This was created for devotees who need to work with the mail packet files or log files. This can be the case in situations when you need to answer mail but do not have the wincom program or need to check mail that you have sent or received that you have deleted from your cabinet. However, generally these files are deleted by default, unless you manualy tell not to wincom delete them. Plus now webcom is now functioning resolving the woes of traveling devotees needing to check their mail. To use the icons you must go to the 'File Types' dialog at Windows Folder Options. There you can specify the program to open a particular extention (I suggest using notepad for WinCOM generated files) and the icon to be used. (The ones that I uploaded This does not have much realtime use other than helping to organize your files if you have the mail packets spread around your computer. The problem on Windows is that the Operating system designates the icon and program to be used with a file, so you would have to set this up on all the computers you work with, however in Mac the icon and the associated program are included in the file. (In MacCOM cabinets automaticaly open with MacCOM. These icons could be incorparated in future versions for use with those files Your servant, Navadvipa Chadra Das.
