Caitanya Candrodaya hits the nail right on the head!

OK, so today I finally set up the network WinCom installation which we

previously discussed. Everything works nicely except the address book won't

share its database. In WinCom V30A, when you start WinCom on more than one

workstation, you get the following:

"error 20 while opening address file: the database is in use by another

application."

So you click OK, and get:

"error 20 while opening com lists: the database is in use by another

application."

So you click OK, and get:

"The address server has aborted. please quit WinCom completely and restart."

WinCom continues to work fine throughout all of this, except that the

address book is unavailable.

Is there a solution for this?
