A Few Problems

1. Saw everybody discussing Wincom 36 so thought I should have it . Right ?

Wrong !

 

2. Didn't know the file name but assumed it was wcomx36.zip . Right ? Wrong,

that is only "from scratch version " not the upgrade if there is such a

file.

 

3. Downloaded the file and executed it . Great Right ? Wrong ! It asked to

create new cabinet file . But I am smart , so I saved my old one . hahaha.

Great Right ? Wrong ! I copied the old fcabinet.cab back to my wincom

sub-directory but :

 

4. The new version doesn't have provision for other users . I may have lost

all my great email addresses but can't find the address book to check and I

can't start my assistants account because it doesn't ask me for users when I

log in . I lost all my glorious colors carefully calculated by science to be

the best for reading ( eg black on yellow is the top etc.). I am afraid to

go further to see what else I have screwed .

 

Any Houdinis out there . Help .
