Somehow COM or WinCOM has to make sure that the right person is sitting at

the computer. And the only way is that the user types a certain sequence of

keys (that only he knows) when the computer displays a certain prompt.

Currently the prompt is something like "Enter Password:" and what the user

has to type is called 'password'. You suggested a different prompt, namely a

simple question that the user has to answer. But that is equivalent to

entering a password.

I agree that this authentication has to be done by WinCOM and the result has

to be transmitted to COM by a secure protocol like SAP.

But for the user it does not matter, he has to enter a password.

There is the problem. There is only ONE programmer, not programmerS.

I don't know what SAP means and I have no time to find it out myself.

So please can you send me sample how to implement it or tell me where I can

get the sample.
