"not at" means all texts NOT containing the word "at".

 

If you want to search for "not", "and", "or", then you must put these words

in quotes or parentheses. (The same applies to the query in the Vedabase.)

So you should enter following

 

Much of what I read on this conference is 'not' at all funny

 

Should I disable the operators AND, NOT and OR if the expert mode is off?
