I don't think that any devotee made such programs. On the PC's the operating systems (DOS, Windows) are Y2K compliant. And it's not possible to check by a program that an application program is Y2K compliant. You have to ask the manufacturer. Warning: If you change the computer's date to a later date, then some programs that you then run may expire and may no longer run after you changed back the date.
