Why don't you like the current buttons? I personally don't like these tiny buttons with an icon. When you want to know what they do you have to move the mouse over it and wait until it says for example "Save". Why not have a button labelled with "Save"? > Option to compress the .cab That option is there and it is On by default. > AND really needed MAC version!
