For WinCOM you don't need WinCIM 2.x either. To setup WinCOM for connecting

through CompuServe without Winsock (that means without the CompuServe

dialer) do following:

- in the Login Options click "Edit" or "New",

- at "Port:" select a COM port,

- at "Connect how:" select "CompuServe",

- also enter the phone number, user ID and CompuServe password.
