I have uploaded CHARCNV1.ZIP (6k) to "Programs".

With this program you can convert the codes in text files from one character

map to another. Following character maps are built-in: ASCII, Tamal, NE-BBT

and my Sanskrit fonts for West and East Europe. You can also specify a BBT

Editor .CFG file if the text file does not use one of above character maps.

This program can only convert text files, no MS Word .DOC files. Its a

16-bit MSDOS program and does not support long file names.

Run CHARCONV.EXE without parameters for help.
