The general form is

 

SET TZ=SSSh

 

or

 

SET TZ=SSShDDD

 

where "SSS" is the abbreviation of the standard time, "DDD" the abbreviation

of the daylight-saving time and "h" the number of hours that you have to add

to the local standard time to get the universal time (h is positive in

America and negative in Europa, Asia and Australia).
