Order of entries in main menu of the BBT Editor

Hri Prabhu desired that in the main menu of the BBT Editor "File" is at the

first place as in Windows programs. Does everyone agree with that

suggestion? The new menu would look as follow:

File Block Search Go to Text format Window Misc Help
