You don't need CS3 or Winsock. You only need WinCOM, a script file and a

modem. Raktambara Prabhu made a script file for SCITOR, see text 877560.

 

If you still want to use Winsock then please note that the 16-bit WinCOM

(WINCOM.EXE) uses the 16-bit Winsock (WINSOCK.DLL) and the 32-bit WinCOM

(WINCOMX.EXE) uses the 32-bit Winsock (WSOCK32.DLL).
