WCOM28U.ZIP updates WINCOM.EXE v27 and WCOMX28U.ZIP updates WINCOMX.EXE v27.

So download the correct file. WCOM28UA.ZIP updates both, WINCOM.EXE v28 and

WINCOMX.EXE v28.
