addendum to 'Folio 4.11f on Win2k on a laptop'

Dear Prabhu,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

 

I borrowed a parallel port dongle from another devotee, and the Folio

software installed and ran OK on Win2k. However, the PC-card dongle driver

is still a serious issue. As it stands, I cannot use Folio 4.11f on my IBM

ThinkPad 240 laptop with Windows 2000 Professional as the operating system.

Seems a bit strange that the whole installation routine falls over just

because the dongle is not present; Other softwares like AutoCAD, 3D Studio,

Cubase etc. don't... ...but I don't want to criticise, simply searching

for perfection...
