karmana manasa vaca

sarvavasthasu sarvada

sarvatra maithuna-tyago

brahmacaryam pracaksate

 

"The vow of brahmacarya is meant to help one completely abstain from sex

indulgence in work, words and mind-at all times, under all circumstances,
