Guest guest
Yesterday someone invited me to a marriage ceremony. I just thought: No, I dont like to go to marriages. Everyone is full of false hopes. We are eternal beeings, but on such an event everyone is enthusiastic investing in a temporary scene. On marriage everyone is focused on this mortal world. nasato vidyate bhavo nabhavo vidyate satah ubhayor api drsto 'ntas tv anayos tattva-darsibhih TRANSLATION Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent [the material body] there is no endurance and of the eternal [the soul] there is no change. This they have concluded by studying the nature of both. I prefere to go to funerals where all the people are much more realistic. At least they are looking on eternity. What is now better, to be absorbed with temoprarity or with eternal sada tad bhava bhavitah
