Guest guest
If something is incorrect let Maharaja correct me. There are three things which are not to be given up even my those who are very advanced: 1. yajna 2. dana 3. tapas Jayna is especially meant for brahmacaris to perform, and in this age we know what is the prescribed yajna and how to do it (personally my self I understood that Maharaj was thinking of book distribution). Dana is meant for grihastas. They should be always seen giving. Maharaj said that probably because in this age of Kali people live in poverty if they are not able to give money or valuable things, they should give their time (for spreading the glories of Lord Krishna all over). Tapas is meant for sanyasis and vanaprastas. Tapasya means voluntarily accepting inconveniences for the higher purpose (preaching about Lord Krishna). Sanyasi who is acting in such a way to improve his bodily comforts instead of acting for Krishna's pleasure will be experiencing hard time in his sanyasa ashrama. If they want to get purified, brahmacaris should perform yajna, grihastas should give charity and vanaprastas and sanyasis should accept tapsya for the higher purpose (of spreading Krishna consciousness).
