Dear devotees,

Please accept my obeisances.

 

I was wondering if someone could help me with recipes for a special diet.

The diet is to avoid the following: basically everything that contains

sugars and starches. Fruits, grains, dairy (apart from curd, butter and

yogurt), some 'sweet' vegetables, like tomatoes, carrots, peas, potatoes and

sweet potatoes.

 

Does anyone have some nice recipes that meets this? I am especially looking

for a good recipe for a rich sabji with curd (but without potatoes).

Recipes with aubergines (eggplant) would also be very much appreciated.
