Guest guest
There should be a speaker who follows in the footsteps of Sukadeva Goswami. There should be listeners who folow in the footsteps of Parikshit Maharaj. That constitues a good Bhagavatam class. Anyway Srila Prabhupada has given the framework for a good class. Radhamadhava or any invocation song seeking the blessing of Vaishnava Acaryas, Guru, Krishna. Read the verse with good sanskrit pronounciation. Everyone repeats the verse. Word by word meaning. Read the purport. The speaker then must speak from realisation than just a postman's job, that is repeat *as it is* but without realisation. The listeners must be very attentive and willing to apply the message in daily practical life. The listeners must humbly inquire like Parikshit Maharaj. A good question and answer session at the end. That is there should be interaction between the speaker and the listener. Good body language, eye contact, between the speaker and the listeners. The speaker must be from proper Parampara is obvious. A good sufficient rest, the previous night. Your humble servant, Bhadra Govinda Das.
