Prabhupada simply told us to avoid grains and beans. Cauliflower and

tomatoes do not fall into those categories.

As long as we avoid grains and beans, we are following Prabhupada's

instructions and are safe. However, for those who want to go a few

steps further, they can refrain from various other foods as well, or

go all the way and fast completely. But that's an individual

decision.
