The question > is where are all those dedicated managers. I could provide a list of at least fifty good manager type devotees who have been in ISKCON from fifteen to twenty five-years. Comparatively our first GBCs had only from around five to ten years experience in ISKCON when they started. In ISKCON at the moment we have many, many devotees with at least that startng experience. And more importantly, as Pancaratna Prabhu pointed out, in the future all top level managers would have to gradutate from a varnasrama college in Mayapur. Then we can produce some really first class managers. If the varnasrama structure is agreed the managers will be found, that will not be a problem. The problem is whether or not the GBC will actually agree to change the structure to a varnasrama structure. > In the middle east Venu Gopal Prabhu managers everything. The GBC man > acts as a guru and an inspiration. Without that work of Venu Gopal > Prabhu, not much would be here. Many Some grhasthas can go there and > learn from him. So Venu Gopal Prabhu could be the GBC and the current GBC man who is a guru could just be the guru. In such a varnasrama structure both will be strengthened and ISKCON will grow more. ys ada
