can someone tell me if there are any sastric references that explicitly

state that one must have second inititation to make Ganges water? I have

been told by two persons whom I consider to be authorities on diety worship

that it is not required but for some reason my head pujari will not accept

this and insists quite snidely that ONLY "BRAHMANAS" can call the ganges,

this is not stated in the pancaratra pradipa which is also accepted as the

authoratative hand book on diety worship for ISKCON, so some clarification

on this apperently small issue would help greatly for me to sooth my wounded

ego.
