Guest guest
Pranam! Kindly meditate on the core, the entire knowledge of Shaiva Agamas. The total sum up: 1) Param Shiva (Ultimate Reality); 2) Anugarh (Descend of Divine Grace). 3) All knowledge ends here, there is no third word. Now what is self - realization? As per Abhinavagupta, recognition is realization - individual "I" is part of "Supreme I". Infact nothing has to be realized. Therefore, we focus on the reconition or discovery of yourself as one with the Param Shiva. This awareness or realization comes through Trika Yoga.
