Sat Nam.

     I have read and learned from this list that it is wise for women to take

one teaspoon of sesame oil, olive oil and almond oil each day.  I recently

read in "The Ancient Art of Healing' that almond oil should be added to

milk.  Is it o.k. to take it without milk?  What about the other oils?  Can

they be taken alone - or should they be combined with something else?

     I have much to learn about nutrition.  (as you can surmise!).
