Dear Prafulla,

Whatever makes you more comfortable. But as I stated publicly a few

weeks ago -- I respect only those who have actually demonstrated

academic clarity and brilliance consistently and not those who just

claim the same.

If I showed respect to your or anyone else's efforts, publicly or

privately, it was genuine appreciation and not just influenced by

what they wrote and if it at all or how it jived with my own human

understanding of reality, as it is.

I sincerely believe that we 'jyotishis/astrologers' (a slim and

easily squashed minority in this worldly realm -- the REALITY outside

this and similar newsgroups!) are standing precariously on an island

of truth which is crumbling at its edges and dissolving into the

ocean of uncertainty that surrounds us ordinary humans (majority) and

the worst we can do to this infrastructure on which we stand and

which keeps us alive is to not hold on to each other and fiercely

fight amongst ourselves. The more we fight, the more the ground we

stand on vanishes in the ocean of uncertainty. That would be

counterproductive and assure our extinction and worse -- temporary

extinction of the TRUTH.

Of course I am just being human! Dougle negatives and all the woe it

can bring upon those who are actually taking it all in!
