I left the grounds of

the Maha Kumbha Mela to go to Benaras. I wound up one afternoon

wandering around with two friends...we "stumbled into" a small alleyway;

across the narrow street was a small house with a bronze nameplate.

When we read it, we realized we had accidentally found Lahiri

Mahasaya's family home . We knocked and were admitted to the inner

courtyard...We were fortunate enough to spend quite a while

meditating there and also to have a long personal darshan with

Shibendu Lahiri, the great grandson of Lahiri Mahasay...

Just last week, when Shree Maa began the Trailanga Swami story, I

thought, "why is that name so familiar"? Then I realized that I had

seen his photograph at Lahiri Mahasay's home in Benaras. I checked

and, sure enough, they were very deeply connected to each other.

It's so strange as I had several dreams of Lahiri Mahasay just when

Maa began this story. No matter how many times I am caught in these

amazing interconnections, I still find them incredible.

Dear nityashakti ~ this is indeed an incredible account of interconnections

we are often unaware of until, as you say, we stumble into them. Or, as with

you, they come to us in our dreams, and often, we don't realize right away

what the connection is. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful personal

experience.
