Adiyen,

You should use the EST timings exactly as is and you should not convert it to

IST.

The reason: The birth lagna is absolutely related to Suryodayam and we should always use the time at the place of birth.

Dear Members,

I would like to know the correct procedure to determine the jadagam.

The person is born in Princeton, NJ. For example 26-Dec-2001 at

8:21pm EST.

My question is as follows:

- Convert the time to IST i.e. 27-Dec-2001 6:41am IST and write

jadagam with latitude and longitude of Princeton NJ or

- take the same time and date and prepare the jadagam.

Please guide me in this regard. If you could guide me to a good

astrolger in chennai to write jadagam.

I prefer personal replies in this regard.

Note: Princeton, NJ Longitude -74.61, Latitude 40.3 (any help in

correction is appreciated)

Thanks
