Guest guest
Jay Gurudev! I want to add the recital of Durge Stuti, Durga Chalisa, Durga Kavach AND Kaali Strotra in my daily schedule. Can someone advise me on what should be the sequence and timings for the above ? I have downloaded the text in Hindi and will be reciting it along with the MP3 downloaded from the same site (www.merimaiya.org) Also, will it be OK, if I recite it few days a week only and not everyday? Please advise. Jai Gurudev! Sandeep --- <ksaravanakumar > wrote: > It was our privilege that Gurudev Nand Kishore Shrimaliji happened to visit > Bangalore and agreed to visit us here. Guest guest
If you could have said which stotra kavach i could have given a better answer . But stotra is to be chanted first then kavach for all deities except for few occasions . For Durga make stotra->stuti- >kavacha -> Chalisa . I guess you are speaking about the 10-12 verse Durga kavach from kubjika tantra . For kali if it is jaganmangal/vishyamangal kali kavach then go first for the kavacha then the stotra . Take shorter kavach for daily rituals . Durgra is first followed by kali . The rule is if the Rishi of the kavach is some form of Shiva then chant at night if Narad , Vishnu or some one else then chant at day , but mostly the ending of the kavach will say you whats the time . Yes you can reduce your job by not chanting all in one day . But Tuesday , Saturday and Astami, Navami, Chaturdashi, Amavasya can't be avoided they are must . For Kali start at 8.40 in the evening for Durga at day mostly dawn. Chant it 3 times minimum . But pick up any one of those you said and keep continuing everyday. Hope you suceed. , Sandeep Puri <purisandeep> wrote: > > Jay Gurudev! > > I want to add the recital of Durge Stuti, Durga Chalisa, Durga Kavach AND Kaali Strotra in my > daily schedule.
