Earth is not Flat and Sun is not circling around earth if a book said that ! We dont have the memories of past lives, becoz nature does not want us to get entangled in the web of relations.. suppose you know your son was your killer in last birth, how will you look after him? Nature removes the gross memory from mind and keeps only the resultant impressions (called Sanskaars in hinduism), so that we advance forward with our past lesson and get new lessons Past memories should not normally be brought back to avoid conflict with the present mind..but these can be brought back by :- Hypnotism Dream sudden deja vue type situation Yoga and meditation There are many techniques in Yoga to bring back past memories and burn the resultant Karma..
