I have a question i am wearing beads 6, 7, & 8 Mukhi it really worked for me . I bought the Beads from Rura centre. I am currrently having joint pain problems, & i am having silent enemies at my job place can you suggest combination beads for what i am wearing. secondly i would like to know how to wear the beads i was told that before eating non-veg you will have to remove the beads & while going to sleep you will have to remove the same & in the morning after bath you must wear it .
