Guest guest
Dear Dharam: WOW! That's wonderful! I first played it and played it over and over again! Then I burned a CD with it. This session inspired me to teach the set "To build stamina and spark the glandular system" a set where we go through rhythmic postures while chanting HAR 8 times to the beat and then moving to the next exercise and so on. When the set is complete, we do it over and over again for 31 minutes before resting. Yogi Bhajan used to have women do it for 31 minutes at women camp I hear. So I taught this set today and played the jamming session with Seal, you sent us, repeatedly throughout the whole workout. I told them beforehand to get into the rhythm of it and forget their mind as though they were just jamming through it, getting lost in it, just like the musicians in this jamming session. It was wonderful! Blessings, Awtar Rochester, NY
Guest guest
Awtar, what a good idea, I think Yogiji would approve! I used the CD version during the post Winter Tantric dance session and it went over real well (nobody left for dinner or to pick up their children). It *moves* and there is not a question about whether it is Dharmic or not. I think I'll do a digital loop it myself, when I have a chance. I'll make it available for others, unless it's too good ;o) Clean burning AND pure fun! Bless, Dharam Millis, MA > > Dear Dharam: > > WOW! That's wonderful!
