Guest guest
Saaaaaaaaaaaaaat Nam! I´ve been doing the Aquarian Sadhana 11mins of Sat, Kirtan, and Sodarshan Kriya. 1) Does Sat kriya set your naval point? 2) Does Sat kriya create a strong lower triangle? 3) Sometimes I do sodarshan in morning and sat, and kirtan at night? Can I add another meditation to my plate after or should i leave it at that. One med. in morning and one at night. I´d like to do the Anti´Depression and Brain Synchrony meditation after. Is this a good idea or should I wait. Can doing one meditation after the other interfere with the process? p.131 Relax and Renew or Meditation as medicine. What should I do? -Sincerely- Chris P.S. 90+ days with sodarshan and still going strong. Feel free to call! Free PC-to-PC calls. Low rates on PC-to-Phone. Guest guest
Dear Chris: You ask good questions. 1) Does Sat kriya set your naval point? [answer] YES, If you work on your rhythm and root lock properly as you do it. 2) Does Sat kriya create a strong lower triangle? [answer] YES! And more: Sat Kriya strengthens the nervous system. 3) Sometimes I do sodarshan in morning and sat, and kirtan at night? Can I add another meditation to my plate after or should i leave it at that. [answer] Each meditation you do is both working on the self and also setting new intentions. When you are serious as you are and practice many many days, something starts shifting. Your commitment becomes part of the equation. The universe responds. Are you receiving the response from the universe? The responses come in many ways: people you meet who answer some of your questions or help you see more clearly through stuff that was still unconscious (Sodarshan Kriya helps unloads the unconscious so you will also find yourself in outside situations that will contribute to your work) or test your new strength (Sat Kriya at work in the real word). Adding another meditation can work for you or against you. It depends if you are able to receive integrate all that comes to you and ready to receive more. Guest guest
Sat Nam Chandramouli, Sodarshan is the most common, and dare I say, most proper spelling. I only mention that so that one can actually find it in the Archives ( Kundaliniyoga/messages ) For the full, totally Unauthorized version but identical to the original teachings by Yogi Bhajan, go to http://www.sahej.com/Sodarshan.html Bless, Dharam Millis, MA On 5/24/06, Chandramouli Dasu <gurumouli > wrote: > > satnaam! > kindly explain the sudarshan kriya in detail ....can any one pl. or can > show a link to go thru` it for my ref. > satnaam to all . > > kundalini_yoga (AT) hotmail (DOT) com wrote: > Dear Chris: > > > > You ask good questions. > >
