Guest guest
Sat Nam Thanks very much. I am experiencing a sudden onset of joint pain in my hand and I thought Golden Milk would help but was not sure if I could do a dairy free version and have it be effective. . It seems to be seasonal as I had the same experiencece last spring/early summer. Hmm...I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that in early spring I do an annual cleanse... Thanks again for your prompt and helpful reply Brenna Kundaliniyoga [Kundaliniyoga] On Behalf Of kundalini_yoga (AT) hotmail (DOT) com Tuesday, May 23, 2006 3:21 PM Kundaliniyoga RE: Kundalini Yoga nutrition/oils Dear Brenna in Vancouver: > Can one make Golden Milk with Soy, Rice or Almond Milk if one does not > eat dairy? I certainly do! I think of milk is just a vehicle for turmeric and almond oil. Blessings, Awtar Rochester, NY
Guest guest
Sat Nam Brenna! Yes! Almond Milk is especially good with Golden Milk or Yogi Tea. There was a lengthy discussion here on the list some time back (?) on how to make almond milk. It may interest you! Guest guest
Sat Nam Gururavi Thanks for your response and those of all the others who have responded to my query. I am now drinking Golden milk each evening and finding that the stiffness in my hand is gradually subsiding.
