?'s about physical condition

namaste'~question about:having had a serious stroke in 2001~did spend

a month-or-so in wonderful physical rehabilitation hospital~had to

learn 'basics'again-walking &keeping my mind active &stimulated~speech

&mental awareness~physiucally  started from ''scratch''my goal was to

walk out of there w/ their wonderful,patient,considerate help We

accomplished All goals theirs & mine~my ? to KY not much movement in

left knee [paralysis]overcome by rehabcan walk well but stiff knee is

full lotus pose a 'must'for KYpractice~1/2 lotus maybe reached w/out

the adverse effects~would the 'kundilni'activity [rising]still be

active I could sit against the wall to possibly achieve proper

pose~hurts knee to bend leg& knee backwards to reach thigh~hesitant to

order KY material if practice is self-defeating because of physical

aspect??any suggestions?~no pain no gain??~daily Iread KY posts~I'm

living in asst.living facility~really bring joy to me reading about

the assisstence youall transmit to us about the ancient yoga(the Path)

~may All flourish & thrive!Robert~sent pics of an 'albino fawn'to

sendag~maybe share with,very cool~please pardon my selfishness~I will

continue to read daily messages~pray~&enjoy the 'eternal-moment'sat nam
