the lady is Mother to a friend of mine.....in Lucknow. She is 64 yrs

old and a known but well controlled hypertensive. No other

significant past/family/drug history. Weight about 50 kg.

Gall bladder is mildly enlarged in size with multiple calculi of

varying sizes in lumen changing posiion with change of

posture.Gall bladder walls are irregularly thickened.

CT Scan Upper Abdomen with contrast

Gall bladder is enlarged in size . There is a soft tissue mass in

the neck and adjacent part of the body which measures 3.8 cm x 2.9

cm. There is loss of fat plane between the mass and adjacent part of

segment 4 and it is compressing the duodenal bulb. GB walls

elsewhere also appear thickened measuring 6-8 mm. Multiple calculi

are also seen in the lumen.

No liver or peritoneal metastasis. Mass in neck of GB obliterating

Calot's triangle. Multiple retrocholedochal and retropancreatic

lymph nodes, positive for malignancy on intra op cytology.

Retrocholedochal node infiltrating post wall of CBD. In view of T3N2

disease with necessity of CBD excision for lymphadenectomy ,

resection deferred.

As of now , we want to ensure a good quality of life till the end

which is inevitable in I guess about 4 - 6 months time. Is there

anything which could halt the progress of the cancer or at least

slow it down to make her live symptom free for longer ?

Dear Raj,

Why do you want to guess life predicton? Especially when you are

asking living symptome free!

Since liver is intact yet, she has good hopes. There are people, who

have completed 4 years symptom free, from 4th stage breast cancer in

Mumbai.

Panch Gavya medicines are available. They have cured a number of

cases, you can check the archives for more info, using the keyword

cancer. You can ask them to meet Dr Virendra Kumar Jain at Indore,

who has maximum number of cured cases to his credit. IF they go to

Indore, some cases they can witness themselves.

They may contact Dr Virendra Kumar Jain at the Cow Urine Therapy and Research Institute, G-12 Ratlam Kothi, Indore-452 001 (MP) India, e-mail -drjain (AT) cowurine (DOT) com, Phone 91-731-2520644, 5070528, Mobile-91-98270-33255
