Multiple incidence of Herpes

Hello All,

 

two days back I had posted a querry with regard to multiple

incidences of Herpes. I did not receiv any replies ( I am not

complaining). While passing thru this phase I read a lot about

Herpese and at the same time was reading what I could get, on

Ayurveda. There were a few points which I did not understand.

 

1) Does Ayurveda recognize viruses? If not, what triggers all the

diseases from the Herpes group?

 

2) There is a phase called Post-herpetic Neuralgia, according to

Allopathy. Does that have any corresponding reasoning in Ayurveda?

 

3)Excess Pittta in the blood, when can not be treated the natural way,

causes skin problems. Is that so?

 

4) when one tries to pacify the Pitta, isnt there the risk of

increasing some other Dosha, like say Kafa?

 

5)What ideal life style would build satisfactory level of immunity?

 

I wanted to know about this both by way of sheer academic interest

as well as personal interest. That is so because, all thru life I

have always been very active, working 15/16 hours a day, doing loads

of things. I do not want to feel vulnerable, that is the worst thing

to happen.
