My ex had yello-red eyes, very dark and scars etc. he has saturn and rahu in lagna. My daughter has Jupiter, Venus(both exalted) and rahu in 7th. Given the above dictum it is quite natural to have a corollary for afflicted Saturn. Doctors opine that black ring around eye lids is a sign of sleeplessness, general weakness and detoriating health.
