work/career issues - please suggest remedy

Please see this chart of a friend - born Jan 29, 1975. 39E40, 4S3.

Position of planets:

Asc - Scorpio (Rahu)

2nd  - Mars in Sagitarius

3rd - Sun in Capricorn

4th - Jup, Ven & Merc in Aquarius

7th - Ketu in Taurus

8th - Saturn R in Gemini

10th - Sun in Leo

The person comes from a strong family background and is quite

successful. However, he is going thru Sade Sathi and a myriad of

legal problems, work issues etc for about a year on and off. He is

running Moon mahadasha and Moon bhukti. This is my analysis of the

situtation. Current planetary positions:

 

Jupiter is placed in 3rd from natal moon

Saturn is placed in 12th from natal moon

Moon is disposited by Sun - which is located 6th from natal moon.

6th house denotes ligitations, losses, debts etc, so that could be

why he is having all these issues. (all related to finances of

course).

I think 3, 6 and 12 are all positions relating to losses and

struggle.

 

Jupiter will change signs this year, and Saturn will change signs

next year. But Sun will of course change signs in a month or so. So

when can we reasonably expect things to improve? Any remedy can be

suggested?
