true this person has posted a Varga chart, surw he needs some basic astronomical and astrological study

Merc is never more than 28 deg from Sun

Venus 48 deg so when they r at fag end of rasi max they can be seperated by one or two rasis max. venus 3 if a border case

dear friends

 

as explained well by "me shubha vela" ji, searching for a day when

all planets would be in exaltation is futile as it just does not

exist. hope the querent will not put another query whether a chart

exist where all planets are in their own signs!

 

it is better to read the available charts instead of running after

THE BEST chart which just does not exist.

If somebody thinks that all planets simulteneously in exalation,

they are fooling themselves. And, in any case, such planetary

position does not augur well for the native, because in spite of what

classics say (cf Saravali etc), a malefic in exaltation can bring

great bad luck to the native.
