Pada Sevanam

Dear Maharajas and Prabhus,

 

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Just

released is a brand new book entitled; Pada-sevanam : Meditation on the

lotus feet and hands of Their Lordships. This book described the wonderful

imprints on the lotus feet and hands of Gaura-Nitai, Radha-Krishna and

Advaita Acarya. The description of the markings is the translation of the

works of Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura's book, Sri Rupa Cintamani and

Ananda Candrika. There are also some passages from Govinda-lilamrta by Srila

Krishna dasa Kaviraja, plus a sweet prayer to the lotus feet of Srimati

Radharani by Srila Prabodhananda from Radha-rasa-sudha-nidhi. The only

object of meditation for the devotees is the Lord's lotus feet. Those feet

are the boat for crossing the ocean of material existence. Those are not

ordinary.

The book features the illustration of the imprints on the footsoles and

palms in two colors, plus a full color cover. It is 80 pages, 9" by 7" size.
