That,s the way the communists were behaving in there little empires.

Ceausescu and his vassalles were making and aproving all kinds of nice laws

for the protection of the citicens but when it came for them to follow there

own laws they were saying they were above them and that those laws were just

for pacifiying the general masses and the western countrys but not for

really following them.
