He is mainly trying to buy time (while trying to gather money at a feverish

pace), as one can keep on delaying court hearings in India, and trying to

harass Iskcon lawyers. For this he is using precious money given by innocent

people thinking they are serving Krsna by donating to a temple!

A man just died. This is serious and there are lots of questions to

be answered. Hopefully the police investigation will provide such

answers. An internal investigation would also be welcome, although it

should not be done by anyone who has a stake in the outcome, or it

will be immediately dismissed as "biased".
