Yes, We do have a bad manifestation of varnas and asramas in Iskcon.

 

The problem is that the leaders still think they are paramahamsas with the

support of their immature followers and thus they are doing any service

needed without having the proper qualifications to do these services.

 

It creates a state of chaos in Prabhupada's movement. We can not go on

acting in a state of emergency decades after decades, with some unqualified

leaders at the head of our Iskcon.

 

We have to place qualified people in services requiring the qualifications

they have. Unfortunately this has not been done according to these

guidelines in Iskcon until now, and that is why we have so many problems.

 

Sincerity of purpose is not enough to become a leader in Prabhupada's

movement. We had enough of that so called sincerity. If you are sincere you

first become qualified before you take any responsibility in Iskcon.

 

If we do not have Varnasrama colleges ready yet, then we have to take some

training outside, plus we have to become expert at sadhana, and learn Srila

Prabhupada's instructions thoroughly, and then we have to genuinely pray the

Lord to make us qualified to serve properly our guru-maharaj, the devotees

in general and the society at large .

 

Training one way or another is compulsory if we want to be efficient in

spreading Krsna-consciousness in the world.

 

Param Gatih Swami is not qualified as a GBC representative as he was unable

to enforce Srila Prabhupada's instructions in New-Mayapura. He had to

request the help of HH Prahladananda Swami in order to put Srila Prabhupada

again in the center of our project and move away the vaisyas followers of

Narayana Maharaj, whom he had previously invited in the Temple council, and

who were trying to control the temple despite the tremendous efforts of the

Temple devotees.

 

If everyone in Iskcon was serving the Lord according to his or her

'psychophysiological makeup', as Babhru Prabhu calls it, with a staunch

sadhana as Mahadyuti Prabhu is regularly enforcing, and seriously following

Srila Prabhupada's basic instructions to the leaders as Vaiyasaki Prabhu and

Ajamila Prabhu have been reminding us so often, there would be a lot less

problems in our society and much more order and efficiency in our

leadership.

 

When are we going to have proper evaluation and assessment by non-gurus, and

non-GBC members or former members, as too many of them are unfortunately

influenced by their subtle material desires and their bad habits?

 

When are we going to put the right person in the right place according to

gunas, karma, spiritual and material qualifications and personal sadacara in

their own life?

 

Chanting Hare Krsna is not enough. We do not want to be led by hippies

anylonger even if they are very sincere devotees. That is not enough.

 

Please Srila Prabhupada inspire the GBC Body to follow the advice of the

most serious, knowledgeable, mature, experienced and advanced devotees still

present in your movement, and please pacify the major part of your disciples

and senior granddisciples who have very wonderful realizations, and are

still ready to help if your leaders would humbly ask them to please bring

forth their valuable input and qualifications in Your service.

 

Please Srila Prabhupada, hear my prayer and inspire your GBC and Iskcon

gurus in their heart, to stop hurting devotees and to start acting properly

in Society at large.

 

Srila Prabhupada, we need that they be accountable to Iskcon society at

large, without putting forward dishonest excuses and proud statements.

 

Please Srila Prabhupada invest us with the power to restructure the GBC and

correct all the past wrongdoing for your pleasure and for the benefit of the

society.

 

At your lotus feet I humbly bow down. Your faithful servant, Krsna-kirtana

That is my humble prayer to my Guru-Maharaj in front of the Society.

 

That is the emergency issue right now. I hope we will get a consensus of

opinion, on that issue so that we can rectify the leadership's wrongdoing.
