If you are sincere > >you first become qualified before you take any responsibility in Iskcon. > > I do not understand this. Please clarify mother krishna Kirtana. I > understand Krishna and Srila Prabhupada from Bg 10.10 differently. If one > is sincere Krishna gives intelligence. Yes when you are able to control your mind and senses thoroughly, Lord Krsna personally instructs you in your heart and you can get full training. But, as long as you are struggling with your own anarthas, you can not hear the Lord's voice in your heart and you are doing many mistakes and sometimes gross and horrible ones. That is why I personally think that before being recognized as a guru a devotee should have at least realized Paramatma. Brahman realization is not enough for our Iskcon society as the experience of the numerous guru-fall down has shown. That is my humble share on this matter. > Also results are not in our hands. Some one may sincerely put their > efforts. It is upto Krishna to give the results. Yes it is up to Krsna to give the result. That is why He is giving such awful and catastrophic results in Iskcon, now. He is just showing us that our leaders are not up to the standard Srila Prabhupada asked them to be and that a lot of qualified brahmanas have to jump in now, to rectify the leaders'wrongdoings and horrible behavior towards Iskcon devotees and Srila Prabhupada's instructions to them. That is my humble understanding. > For non Vaishnava communities benchmark is results. For Vaishnava > communities the benchmark is efforts. No! the effort is not enough. You also need the Grace, or Krsna's mercy and that, you can only get when most of the brahmanas in the society at large are pleased with your service at Srila Prabhupada's lotus feet. Unfortunately, that is not the case with most of our present leaders. I am sorry for this bad news. > Please correct me if I am wrong. This I have tried to do. Please forgive my offenses at your lotus feet and thank you asking these thoughtful questions. You are welcome as long as you do not ask us again to define the problem. Your servant in Prabhupada's mission, Krsna-kirtana dasi.
