Maharaj, It would have been nice if Bhakti Tirtha Maharaj, in the course of the present circumstances, would have already done so. However, he has not. Also, he didn't respond to Bir Krishna Maharaj's obvious objection to his using "politically correct" language regarding homosexuality. And... according to reports on the Internet that I'd read sometime back, he addressed a gathering somewhere in North American earlier this year in which he "approved" of "gay marriages", something obviously Srila Prabhupada objected to and rejected. Something seems to be amiss here. But yes, if Bhakti Tirtha Maharaj, instead of, as he wrote to Ajamila Prabhu "I will no longer participate in these discussions. Beyond a doubt HH Bhakti Vikasa Maharaj is bias toward me", would withdraw SW1 from circulation and admit that he made a bit of a mistake on the issue of homosexuality, I think the matter would come to rest. Although it may not seem like it, I think Bhakti Vikas Maharaj does admire the many, many positive aspects of Bhakti Tirtha Maharaj's preaching, as well as hold him in regard for the many years of service he's rendered to Srila Prabhupada's mission. It's just that he is pained at seeing "water being added to the milk", and I for one appreciate that. Srila Prabhupada DID NOT COMPROMISE on philosophical purity, even if he was 90% lenient otherwise. Anyway, this is just my humble opinion. Hope this finds you well.
